- Exclusive use of the entire facility, including the interior of the historic Plantation House
- Large rear event lawn with space for up to 300 guests
- More than fifteen (15) hours of rental time per function

- Separate bridal suite and groom’s ready room

Wedding Venue Features
All Litchfield Plantation require:
- A non-refundable rental fee
- A refundable $500.00 damage deposit
- A completed rental agreement and corresponding documents
- Proof of insurance for any professional service providers / vendors
